This is the agreement on the work of exchange centre - BuxarExchange.com (SERVICE) with USER, together called as SIDES. Before using SERVICE, USER must read and accept following agreement. Usage of SERVICE, means that you agree with following agreement. SERVICE renders services on below-mentioned conditions:

1. BOTH SIDES acknowledge documents in electronic form, composed with the help of WebMoney Transfer system, legally equivalent to corresponding documents in simple written form.

2. SERVICE doesn't carry responsibility on the assumption of infringement by the USER of the agreement between USER and electronic payment systems, used by SERVICE.

3. SERVICE doesn't collect statistical information about USER's operations for internal use, as well as doesn't pass it to third parties. Exception of this point of the agreement is the requirement of the commissioned state authorities for accordance of the information about the USER, and only on legal causes.

4. Operations with electronic payment systems,used by SERVICE, are irreversible, in compliance with conditions of electronic payment systems used by SERVICE.

5. Every operation between USER and SERVICE, from the moment of its beginning is irreversible.

6. SERVICE carry responsibility just for funds transferred by USER for exchange or order and doesnt carry responsibility for loss of funds due to electronic payment system abnormalities or other reasons.

7. SERVICE does not carry any responsibility for the changes, where any other services takes part (exchanging GoldMoney, Technocash, 1mdc, E-Bullion, Pecunix, PayPal, moneybookers etc.)

8. If a disputable situation between USER and SERVICE occurs, amount of maximum compensation from SERVICE cannot exceed sum, transferred by USER for exchange or order, USER in case of his fault guarantees independent indemnification of damage caused to SERVICE. All disputes between USER and SERVICE are resolved by negotiations.

9. Tariffs for services are established by SERVICE and can be changed anytime.

10. All information contained on SERVICE website is copyrighted and protected by law. Any use of information from SERVICE website should be co-ordinated with website administration.

11. SERVICE does not carry responsibility for non-appropriate duty fulfillment for USER, caused by insuperable force circumstances, entailed impartial impossibility fulfillment of engagements.

12. This agreement can be changed anytime without user notification.
